What kind of voice workflows does Oriole support?
We currently support Podcast and Audio Production as ready-to-use workflows. Beyond that, we design and build custom voice solutions, including conversational agents, personalised briefings, multilingual content and operational audio updates. Each custom workflow is scoped during discovery.
Will AI-generated voice sound credible to our audience?
Modern voice synthesis is used across major media and enterprise globally. The quality is broadcast-grade. With voice cloning, the output can sound like a specific person without a recording session. We provide samples before you commit so you can hear the quality firsthand.
What does Oriole actually manage?
We handle the full lifecycle: workflow design, implementation, voice configuration, content processing, quality review, distribution and ongoing operation. You retain control over business rules, source information and approvals. The service agreement defines exactly what's included.
How is this different from using an AI voice tool directly?
A tool gives you a file. Oriole gives you a managed operation. Someone who understands your business process, builds the right workflow, and takes responsibility for its ongoing delivery. The value is in the implementation and management, not just the model access.
What do we need to provide?
Source content, business rules and approval sign-off. For existing workflows, you supply the input material and review outputs. For custom solutions, we work with you during discovery to define what's needed. Oriole handles implementation and management within the service scope.
Can we start with one workflow and expand later?
Yes. Most customers start with a single workflow, typically Podcast or Audio Production, and expand as they see the results. Additional workflows can use existing platform components or be built as custom engagements.
How does pricing work?
Existing workflows run under a service plan with included tokens. Custom workflows include a scoped build fee plus an ongoing service plan. We're finalising detailed pricing. Talk to us and we'll walk you through the options for your situation.
What happens if we want to stop?
Service plans have defined terms and cancellation conditions. We're not interested in locking businesses into something that isn't working. Your content, configurations and business rules remain yours.
